poor quality overpriced!
When we arrived the room was not ready. The pool was police taped off and closed for renovations(not mentioned at time of booking). Coffee pot was broken, tea pot dirty, no linens for roll out bed, damp towels in the bathroom! No continental breakfast offered and parking was outrageous at $16.00 US per night!

The hotel room was small and overpriced. The thing that bothered me the most was the fact that I had to prepay for the room with no allowance for changes which I found was cheap tickets rules and not the hotels, so from now on I may use your site to search but will make my reservations directly with the hotel.

unexpected costs
The location was good, right near the lifts and shops. Rooms were noisey, beds were hard. Staff was barely responsive to our needs, insisting that the parking was an "amenity" not necessarily "free" despite having been questioned directly about this before arriving. They told us the "free parking was in lot 4" which was a very long unsafe walk from the hotel, which had parking underground. this parking was $16 a night. NO MENTION OF THAT IN ALL THE PROMOS OR WHEN WE CALLED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Sightseeing tip:
Short walk from hotel
We don't ski, but we weent up as sightseers on the lift at Blackcomb. Unfortunately we came at a time when the peak to peak gondola was not working... well worth the $32 lift ticket anyway. What a view...even saw a black bear under the chair lift!

Great Ski Weekend Housing
Room had everything you could want for a small group of skiing buddies: great full kitchen, dining area, fireplace and big bathroom. Also perfect walking distance to food, bars and skiing.
