Convenient Base Camp
Very friendly staff and accommodating to every need. The room was very nicely designed and appointed, the noise from the hall was very loud, unusual for this level of hotel. The only other disappointing thing was the high cost of parking. All in all, still a nice stay, but could be better!

Great Location
Good location! A quick walk to the gondolas. I have stayed in other places in the village that were noisy. This was perfect. It was clean and friendly. They had an HDCam that we could use for free on the slopes.

Family Ski Vacation
Great location, adjacent to Whistler Village without being in the center of the activity. Enjoyed a great breakfast in restaurant across the parking lot from our room. We did find it strange that the height limit in the parking garage was only 6'2", so we had to park the car outdoors. On one of three nights some other hotel guests were rather rowdy late at night, but not for extended period of time.

Comfy and no car needed
Ten minute walk to ski lift. We took bus up, did not have car and we were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. Beds comfortable, clean, staff helpful. Pool and hottub are outside, hot tub was packed. Heard some hallway noise but we were so tired from skiing that it was not a big issue. Most guests go to bed early and rise early for the slopes. Free breakfast is made to order restaurant breakfast, tasty but slow. normally slow would be welcome but ski lifts and school open early so we had to get the food to go. Compared prices and this was a bargain compared to other prices we checked. Would stay there again.

Good for the Money and location
The location was perfect- right in the village and within walking distance of everything. It was also inexpensive. However, the faculty was very cold and uninviting. I did not feel welcome there as a guest.

Clean, Cozy, Great Location
Room was great, in the village and easy to get to the slopes by walking. Only downsides were I wish parking had been included, and we arrived early expecting to be able to checkin but they seemed particularly disorganized. They actually checked us into another room first, and when we went up there and went inside, it was clear other people still had their stuff in that room. If that had been my room and the hotel had let other guests waltz in, I would've been very upset. Other than the disorganization at check-in, we had a pleasant stay and a great time overall at Whistler.
