Clean, efficiently run hotel in Victoria
Check-in was well-organized and friendly. Room was clean and in good condition. Location is surrounded by busy streets, but a short bus ride from tourist area in Victoria.

Short drive from hotel
If you stay at this location you won't need to rent a car to enjoy Victoria tourism. Get some change and take the bus to downtown Victoria across the street on Douglas. Buses are clean and run often. The ride costs about CD 2.25 and takes 10-15 mins. Ask the driver to let you off at the Empress Hotel across the street from the marina.

Nice and low cost place to stay
The staffs were nice and friendly. The hotel is located in a convenient location. A few minutes from downtown and other attractions in Victoria BC. The room was clean. There is a small kitchen and you get free wireless internet in the room, which are the big pluses for me. Overall, I had a great time staying here. The price was very reasonable as well.

Cruise Crew
Great place to crash overnight
A little creepy to walk from the Inn to downtown at night. Great Front Desk staff, very helpful. Good to stay for an overnight and a short taxi ride (2 min) from downtown.

Get the shuttle to the Airport, instead of a taxi. Quick, reliable and cheap.

Victoria
Do not stay at this hotel!
I found out that this hotel rents rooms to homeless and drug addicted persons. I did not feel safe staying in this hotel and was looked up and down by the homeless persons staying there.

Needs lots of improvement
The towels were stained. When we tried to exchange them at the front desk, we were told by the staff (who were trying to be helpful!) that no more towels were available because of other guests who had made the same request. The upkeep and cleanliness of the room was poor. We're not coming back.
