The service provided by the day

The service provided by the day staff was good. I arrived at mid-day but the room wasn't ready. I was checked in and told I could leave my bags and collect the key to my room when I returned. When I returned at 8.30pm the night staff tried to put me into an unserviced, dirty room, only moving me when I said I'd leave and go elsewhere. Not a good experience, and I will not be returning.

Very family friendly

The hotel staff give me a lot help to setting up my computer for wireless internet connection. Good job.

Cool place, access to different things, no WIFI in the rooms and easy commute

The traveller's Inn in Victoria Canada was a great place to stay and I had a good time. The staff were very helpful, attention to needs and many more. The only problem was there was no WIFI in the room which made it harder trying to connect to the internet in the hotel. Apart from that everything was fine. I enjoyed my stay there.
