Our boutique hotel offers a variety of unique distinctive suites. Perfect for corporate and leisure travelers our suites are also ideal for families, with children of any age. Many suites feature two-story lofts, accommodating up to six adults. Each suite offers spacious and comfortable living areas with fully equipped kitchens (an average suite is approximately 500 sq ft). No matter what time of year you stay with us you will enjoy a very comfortable rest. Luxurious feather duvets during the fall and winter months to keep you cozy. During the spring and summer months you will enjoy the lightweight comfort of our stylish coverlets. Our furnishings provide a comfortable elegance and many guests say they provide a "home away from home feeling". Open beams and skylights add character and accentuate the charm of our heritage building. These are just a few of the special touches, you will experience while at Swans. Known as Victoria's Art Hotel , Swans' original art collection of paintings, sculptures, furniture and antiques is eclectic, large, personal, colourful, exotic and unconventional. The art collection is approximately 1600 pieces most of which are displayed throughout the Hotel, Brewpub and Bistro. In each guest suite you will find unique displays of original artwork that create an individual style and atmosphere Please note: Parking is $9.00 a day

Studio Suite
The layout of our studio suites are open concept featuring a king size bed, private washroom, fully equipped kitchen; most with a dining area. Entire suite is one level with no stairs. Ideal for one or two people. All of our suites display original pieces of artwork to create a unique atmosphere, not found anywhere else. Most of our suites are loft style with high ceilings, open beams and skylights. Many have Juliet balconies some with views of Victoria's spectacular Inner Harbour. Swans Suites are distinctive and full of character, brimming with the old world charm of a 1913 heritage building coupled with the modern comforts and conveniences of home.
One Bedroom Suite and One Bedroom Loft Style Suite
Our unique one bedroom suites are on one level. Featuring a private bedroom with a queen size bed, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private washroom and a spacious living room, with a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for up to 4 people. Our loft style one bedroom suites feature a king size bed in the loft area. On the main level of the suite it has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private washroom, and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa bed. Ideal for up to 4 people.
Two Bedroom Suite
Our spacious and unique two bedroom suites feature the bedrooms on the upper level. The master bedroom has a either king or queen size bed, and the second bedroom has two twin size beds (ideal for families). The main level of the suite has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, private washroom and spacious living room with a sofa bed. Ideal for up to six people. All of our suites display original pieces of artwork to create a unique atmosphere, not found anywhere else. Most of our suites are loft style with high ceilings, open beams and skylights. Surprisingly "Suite"

We had a studio suite that was large with king bed, full kitchen with four burner stove & oven, frig with lots of freezer space plus all the table- & kitchen- ware one could need. There was ample sized table for two, desk with chair & free wi-fi. We had complimentary breakfast delivered to our room. Pub scene & music was great, plus the on premise store had a wide range of wine & outstanding local microbrews.

We had a great meal with outstanding locally made microbrews, though there were local wine specials as well.

Swans Hotel In Victoria BC

Loved the loft style room with the kitchen.As well as the Juliet balcony where we could see the water! The double doors blocked the noise from the bar but still heard people coming out at night overall not a problem for such a superior location!
