Clean and Friendly
Not a lot of extras here, it's an older motel that they have worked nicely to update. We had 2 rooms and they were both clean and comfortable. The motel is right on the main highway going from downtown out to the Butchart gardens; they have free parking and are close to downtown.

Good
Location and staff are good enough! Room was also ok but I found the coffee machine was not cleaned when I stayed. Except it, again it's good enough though!

Overnight visit

Skip This Hotel
Returning to our hotel room after 7 in the evening we found that the room wasn't cleaned. At the front desk we learned that the entire 3rd floor didn't get cleaned that day as the crew didn't have time to do it. This was told to us in a matter of fact tone with not apology or even the offer of clean towels.

The tour of the legislative building was free and interesting. The water taxi tour was $24 pp and well worth the value.

Motel, Don't expect too much
A typical motel, no A/C, walls are thin, lady at the front desk needs more training. I would not recommend this to a friend. I'd say pay a little more for a better hotel.

Very nice place for the price
On our 14 day trip from Denver to Torino, BC and back, this was one of the better Places we stayed. The room was very clean and in good order. The beds were comfortable, much better then other places in the same price range. The Hotel staff was very friendly. Good food at the restaurant, but our waitress was terrible. Can't beat it for the price

Very nice.
[...]. They gave us a courtyard room that was very nice. It was quite, clean, and perfect. The hotel was close to downtown. We would use this hotel again.
