Comfortable, convenient
We walked around the downtown area, went to the botanical gardens, shopped and had some wonderful food. The only negative is that we feel we were overcharged by the cab driver when he drove us to the port for our cruise. He never turned the meter on and we didn't notice until we were just about at the port.

Nice Stay
The hotel is nice. There was nothing that really stood out good or bad, that would be unexpected from a four star hotel. It was loud on NYE but again being close to Granville on the busiest night of the year not unexpected. Would stay there again if the price is right.

Very nice stay~
This hotel has a great and convenient location on Robson St, and metro station is in walking distance. Besides, the hotel concierge staff are especially helpful and friendly. This hotel is a very good option if you only stay a few nights in Vancouver, for that you need to pay for basically everything in the room from bottled water to the Internet~Overall it was a nice stay.

Have stayed in nicer Westin Hotels.
Have stayed in nicer Westin Hotels. Location is central in the heart of the shopping strip of Robson St and walking distance to other attractions such as Yaletown. Room size was particularly small, and breakfast was at an additional charge.

Nice location... would stay there again
The best feature of this hotel is it's location! The room was spacious (I got an upgrade) and clean. The staff was friendly and helpful. The only detractor was that there was only one mirror in the room and it was located in the bathroom, which made getting ready for the evening more difficult.

great hotel with great service
The hotel was great. We had a corner suite, which was spacious and perfect for our family of 5. The service was excellent and the location very convenient to public transport. The hotel is located on the eastern side of downtown, so it's not in the upscale "west end" part, but there were tons of reasonably priced restaurants, pubs, and even a grocery store all within just a couple of blocks of the hotel, which was great. The suites all have a mini-kitchen (no stove, but there was an oven, microwave, toaster, & dishwasher) which made breakfast and late night snacks easy.

Approximately 3 blocks from the hotel is a place called Crepe Express (on Granville) with the best maple-syrup crepes I've ever tasted!
