A Keeper - I would stay again

Spacious room in an artsy hotel with a great downtown location. Loved the little things like the shampoo, conditioner and body lotion dispensers in the shower and the ramp that made getting luggage to the elevator so much easier. Staff was helpful and the buffet breakfast was delicious.

Great location for exploring Vancouver

Perfectly situated on the famous-for-shopping Robson Street, and within a healthy walking distance of the harbor and other great sites. Our hotel room (for two women) was spacious and attractive, with comfortable queen beds. Beautiful art work throughout the hotel, Full breakfast buffet was an unexpected treat. The staff were friendly and helpful. When visiting beautiful Vancouver, I'd stay again at the Listel in a heartbeat.

Listel Hotel

The Listel hotel would be hard to beat for the price. The location was nice since it was right on Robson which is a major street (safe) with a lot of trendy shops. The hotel is also relatively centrally located in relation to a number of attractions with Stanley park, the convention center, bars/clubs, good restaurants, etc... Everything was clean, the staff were nice / helpful, there was some character to the building. If I go back to Vancouver, I would probably stay at the Listel again.

Clean, friendly, great location!

Friendly staff in a beautiful and well-maintained hotel. The unique artwork added a nice touch. The best part was the location - we were within a 20 minute walk of all of our destinations. The staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. They were always happy to make recommendations for nearby restaurants and attractions. They even sent a card and a plate of sweets to my room to celebrate my birthday. Parking was expensive ($35/day including tax) but seems pretty standard. Hotel soaps and shampoos smelled way too yummy (Ginger). :)

Great Hotel - Great Location

The staff was very helpful and friendly, we felt welcome each time we came back to the hotel. The rooms were very clean and tastefully decorated, the art was a very special touch and really made the hotel stand out. I loved being able to open a window to get fresh air and our bed was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept on. The location was walking distance to everything we wanted to see and do - great shopping, good restaurants, and friendly neighborhood pubs!
