The hotel is next to a highway so if you want a quiet room, ask for one that faces inwards. The downside is that there is no view in this direction, all you can see are residential buildings and a parking lot.
There are also no close dining
options nearby except a Tim Hortons and 7-eleven, but Yaletown restaurants and grocery stores are a short walk (10-15 minutes) away.

Also, although the hotel looks close to Granville Island, you can't really walk over there unless you want to be on a highway along with speedy vehicles. Take a bus or water-taxi instead.

so so service
when I arrived it was raining. I asked the hotel where to buy an umbrella. They said they were selling. So I bought one from the hotel for 5 bucks. The umbrella was so poor that it broke soon. Not happy about this!!!
