Incredible views from nearly every suite atop the iconic Canada Place

The five sails of Canada Place welcome guests to this uniquely British Columbian luxury hotel. High above the scenic harbor, guests enjoy spectacular vistas of the mountains, Stanley Park and the city skyline from nearly every room. In this perfect spot for exploring the city, guests have easy access to the Cruise Ship Terminal (adjacent to the hotel), all the activities of Canada Place (including the IMAX Theater), and Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Vancouver World Trade Centre office complex and Pacific Centre Mall are also within blocks.

Highlights

Rooms

All the suites are beautifully decorated with simple, elegant colors and furnishings, but each view is unique. Some suites also include a separate sitting area and are very spacious at 1,650 square feet. All guest rooms include flat-screen televisions and high-speed Internet access.

Features

Stunning views top the list of features for this downtown luxury hotel, but there are plenty of others not far behind. Award-winning cuisine at the on-site Five Sails restaurant, spacious suites with modern amenities and proximity to the Cruise Ship Terminal are also worth a mention. The location is great for business travelers, considering the proximity to Vancouver World Trade Centre, Vancouver Convention and Expo Center, and the Burrard Street Skytrain station. Pan Pacific is also pet-friendly, close to Robson Street shopping, and has one of the city's best spas on the premises.

Outstanding Hotel!!

We were very pleased with the staff. Although we had to wait for our room, they let us keep our luggage there until our room was ready. We asked for a particular room and they accomodated us. Can't say enough about the desk people. Our room was outstanding with a beautiful view. It was very, very clean. The location was perfect for getting around. Transportation was close by. I definitely would stay here again.

Dining tip: Short walk from hotel

We went to Scoozi's for breakfast and also dinner. Food was excellent. Owner was very friendly. Even brought a dessert for our anniversary. Also, the Lion's Pub was good. Prices were reasonable. Gastown was fun, but there were alot of homeless people there. Many panhandlers in Vancouver. I was surprised.

Great views and superb service

First time in Vancouver and stayed at the Pan Pacific. Great view of the water with the seaplanes and cruise ships landing. Convenient location near Gastown and the waterfront.

Great Restaurants and Service

I was excited to see the hotel. It wasn't quite what I suspected but it didn't disappoint. I was taking my mother on a cruise and decided on this location because you can board the ship from the hotel.Since she has trouble walking this was important. The food was great at the restaurants also. My mother and I both agree that the hamburgers we ordered on the patio were some of the best we've ever had. The staff was also very helpful. I would stay here again.

Location! Location! Location!

As we were taking an Alaskan Cruise out of Vancouver, the Pan Pacific was the perfect choice for our family. We flew into Vancouver Airport, caught the link train to Waterfront and walked underground right through to the hotel. Prices may be a little high, but there is plenty of choice for food and coffee around the area. When it was time to go, it was straight down to the cruise departure centre. Convenience plus a great view.

great hotel in Vancouver

The hotel was fabulous. We went on a cruise and our closest elevator to the room went directly to the cruise ship level we walked about 100 yds and went aboard ship. The hotel staff took our luggage from the room and it ended up in our cabin. It doesn't get any better
