Incredible views from nearly every suite atop the iconic Canada Place

The five sails of Canada Place welcome guests to this uniquely British Columbian luxury hotel. High above the scenic harbor, guests enjoy spectacular vistas of the mountains, Stanley Park and the city skyline from nearly every room. In this perfect spot for exploring the city, guests have easy access to the Cruise Ship Terminal (adjacent to the hotel), all the activities of Canada Place (including the IMAX Theater), and Vancouver Convention and Exhibition Centre. The Vancouver World Trade Centre office complex and Pacific Centre Mall are also within blocks.

Highlights
  • Comfort and convenience with phenomenal scenic views
  • Excellent location for access to Canada Place, cruise ship terminal, VCEC
  • Five Sails, award winning restaurant and bar, on the premises
Rooms

All the suites are beautifully decorated with simple, elegant colors and furnishings, but each view is unique. Guests can choose from City, Inner Harbor, Harbor Mountain, and Premiere (with views of Stanley Park and Coal Harbor). Some suites also include a separate sitting area and are very spacious at 1,650 square feet. All guest rooms include flat-screen televisions and high-speed Internet access.

Features

Stunning views top the list of features for this downtown luxury hotel, but there are plenty of others not far behind. Award-winning cuisine at the on-site Five Sails restaurant, spacious suites with modern amenities and proximity to the Cruise Ship Terminal are also worth a mention. The location is great for business travelers, considering the proximity to Vancouver World Trade Centre, Vancouver Convention and Expo Center, and the Burrard Street Skytrain station. Pan Pacific is also pet-friendly, close to Robson Street shopping, and has one of the city's best spas on the premises.

Dining

Make reservations at the Five Sails Restaurant for award-winning West Coast cuisine and spectacular views of the mountains and harbor. Or stop by the Cascades Lounge for upscale bistro fare and live jazz. The outdoor heated saltwater pool, Pan Pacific Fitness Room, and Utopia Spa, one of the best in the city, are also features not to be missed.

Location! Location! Location!

As we were taking an Alaskan Cruise out of Vancouver, the Pan Pacific was the perfect choice for our family. We flew into Vancouver Airport, caught the link train to Waterfront and walked underground right through to the hotel. Prices may be a little high, but there is plenty of choice for food and coffee around the area. When it was time to go, it was straight down to the cruise departure centre. Convenience plus a great view.

Amazing hotel, great vacation package

The best place to stay in Vancouver-location and best views! You won't need to rent a car. All tours leave from this hotel. Centrally located for tourism and magnificent views of the harbor, mountains, and sea. Very relaxing atmosphere and family friendly. Food is expensive, we ate at the foodcourt accross the street. Close proximity to the seawall which has a nice walking trail! I thank orbitz for an economical air and hotel package. We have fond memories of our summer vacation in Vancouver, BC! Do take the day trip to Whistler! Luved the hotel. I only ran into 1 or 2 snooty types at check-in but thats everywhere these days.

Unbeatable location

Upgraded to water view room on arrival, I suspect because we were staying > 1 night. Watched cruise ships, float planes coming and going through out our stay. Used the pool and hot tub (a little too hot) each day. Robes in room, towels by pool. Room was large, quiet and comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming. Located adjacent conference centre, with light rail exit, information centre and bus tours in front of hotel. Convenience plus!

Gorgeous views!

The location of the hotel couldn't be better. We went there on Canada Day and we got PERFECT views of the fireworks DIRECTLY from our room. The hotel is near everything!!! The staff was excellent! The room was great and had perfect views of both the harbor and the city. The only thing that was missing was a BIGGER tub with a view of the harbor!

travel and stay package for Vancouver

I was at the Pan Pacific Vancouver for a two-day conference at the convention center, attached to the hotel, and then stayed on for three nights for sight seeing with my daughter. The hotel is comfortable with a great view and very nice accommodations. The staff members, all of them, were fantastic.
