Nice clean hotel and staff are friendly.
Bad points: Internet connection in rooms is real poor.
When the hotel occupancy is full you cannot get wifi.
Also no cable tv and very limited channels.
We we're suppose to get a medical discount but
don't bother as it's cheaper to book online or even through the hotel direct.
Pool very cold and can be very Erie feeling on the goth floor.
Cleaning staff are real nice and very caring.
Comfortable and great location except for the internet connection
Great Hotel except for the internet connection in the rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. I am hoping that the internet connections in the rooms will be better or updated when i visit Vancouver on February.
Yes, it's a Holiday Inn. But it's two blocks from the SkyTrain and it took 15 minutes and 2 dollars to get there from the airport. The location is near bus lines and in a mixed commercial district so the possibilities for dining and shopping are
many. Friendly staff, and the one meal i had there was quite good
