Good location

Our first stay at the Holiday Inn Centre was a pleasant experience. We did not arrive until midnight but our room was ready, very large and clean. The location is ideal for seeing the sights of Vancouver and they provide a guest shuttle (one way only) to various attractions in the downtown area. The breakfast was good and our server made sure that we had coins for the bus that we needed to take. They also held our baggage a whole day upon our return from the cruise thus allowing us another day to sight see Vancouver.

Affordable vancouver hotel

The hotel room as fairly large and the staff was extremely helpful. We had a partial view of the water and city skyline which was gorgeous. There is a pool and a "gym" with cardio machines

Mr Dhillon

Nice clean hotel and staff are friendly. Bad points: Internet connection in rooms is real poor. When the hotel occupancy is full you cannot get wifi. Also no cable tv and very limited channels. We we're suppose to get a medical discount but don't bother as it's cheaper to book online or even through the hotel direct. Pool very cold and can be very Erie feeling on the goth floor. Cleaning staff are real nice and very caring.

Comfortable and great location except for the internet connection

Great Hotel except for the internet connection in the rooms. Staff were nice and friendly. I am hoping that the internet connections in the rooms will be better or updated when i visit Vancouver on February.

convenient and friendly

Yes, it's a Holiday Inn. But it's two blocks from the SkyTrain and it took 15 minutes and 2 dollars to get there from the airport. The location is near bus lines and in a mixed commercial district so the possibilities for dining and shopping are many. Friendly staff, and the one meal i had there was quite good
