- The Dockside Lounge can accommodate groups of up to 100 people for sit down banquets and up to 120 people for stand up receptions. The room is fully equipped with its own bar and a DJ booth with a dedicated sound system and microphone. Indoor and outdoor gas fireplaces add character and warmth to the room while a dedicated section of newly renovated patio provides scenic views of False Creek and Downtown Vancouver. Smaller parties of 40 or less may reserve the window section overlooking the Dockside Patio with a pre-ordered menu. Lounge is open from 5:00 pm nightly.

Nice place to stay on Granville Island
Very nice hotel with a great Sunday brunch. The staff was very accomodating and helpful. The rooms look newly remodeled and nicely appointed. It is an additional $15 per day for parking. I don't understand why they would put their fitness club in with the hot tub. It was extremely hot and humid and hard to work out.

The farmers market that is on Granville Island is wonderful. Too bad you can't take and of that back over the border.

Great hotel in great location
Stayed here two times, once with kids. Great experience both times. The hotel itself is lovely, and the restaurant is fabulous with amazing views of the city. Also near a nice walking trail along the water, a public market with nice shops, and the fun aquabus ferries. Hotel staff always very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Short walk from hotel
Have dinner one night at the hotel restaurant (the Dockside) and another night at Vij's, a short 20-minute walk away.
