Outstanding Hotel for the Cost

This hotel more than met my expectations, especially with the amenities and location. The hotel is right in the heart of downtown and is in walking distance to restaurants, coffee shops, and nightlife. The staff was exceptionally knowledgeable about local events. Just a great stay!

Fantastic and Comfortable Hotel

I stayed at the Executive Hotel Le Soleil for 3 nights in December 2014, and I was very impressed. My one-bedroom suite was large and comfortable, with two tvs and a large living-room area in which I and my colleague were able to work. The staff was helpful, and I enjoyed the hot cider and candy canes every afternoon. The only thing that could have made it better was a breakfast buffet, but I suppose the restaurant attached to the hotel (and open for breakfast) was a reasonable substitute.

Downtown Vancouver BC

Pros: everything is in walking distance. Staff was very nice and helpful. Nice restaurant. Cons: Everything in Vancouver BC is expensive. The room was small, but beautiful. It was perfect for me, would not want to be stuck in it with kids though. Great for a couple but not a family. Lots of antiques. And spa/workout facility is not included. The YMCA is next store and cost extra.

Great all around

The decor can a bit much - but I grew to like it and now I prefer it over the sleek, ultra-modern look everywhere else. The room just felt luxurious and comfy.

Vancouver Hotel

Great hotel for staying downtown Vancouver. Easy access. The only issues I had were that the free wifi was not great in my room and their valet parking is expensive. Other than those the staff was fantastic. I will be going back, whether business or personal.
