Good value. Central location

A nice intimate hotel conveniently located in the middle of downtown Vancouver. Decor is a bit overdone. This hotel is all-suite, staff is pleasant, room clean, with decent amenities.

Great location

Centrally located in downtown Vancouver, we were able to take the 5 minute walk to the Vancouver Art Gallery and have a fine lunch before moving along to Whistler. We arrived late at night yet were able to take advantage of the location due to rhe staffs allowance of a 1p checkout.

Truly a great place! :)

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Vancouver, it's close to everything and the staff is really nice. It is very upscale and the price can't be beat. Although, the room service food was not that good it's close to a bunch of great restaurants.

Money-saving tip: Not Applicable

Don't be afraid to use the bus. Its routes are really easy to learn and because Vancouver is so big, taxi's can add up fast. They also run really late. Public transportation is above and beyond what we have in the USA, it's clean, safe, and they run late.

Great hotel in a great city

This is an excellent hotel. It's located really well in downtown whether you're there for business or a vacation (as I was) and with the Skytrain within easy reach as well as loads of bus routes nearby you won't have any trouble getting wherever you need to go. The room was lovely and spacious and the staff are really helpful: I had a very late flight getting in, but there was no trouble in doing a late check-in and they were just friendly and helpful in general. The restaurant in the hotel's very good too - both for breakfast and dinner and again lovely staff. The only thing you could say against Le Soleil is that it's not the cheapest, but that's not the market it's operating in, so not really something to complain about. I'd definitely recommend this hotel for a trip to Vancouver and would definitely go back myself.

I'd stay again

Nice place, good staff, tasty food at the attached restaurant. I wish hotels would realize that wireless internet isn't optional, and not something we appreciate being charged for.
