Average
The location was excellent but the hotel seemed a little run down and not well maintained. Our toilet made noise like an airplane taking off every time we flushed! We told the front desk who sent someone up- the second time we called. The problem wasn't fixed and we just put up with it for the second night. I probably wouldn't stay here again since there were so many hotels in the area that were probably nicer for not much more money.

Interrupted rest
It would have been a much better stay, but the fire alarm kept going off on accident throughout the night, and it was impossible to get any sleep. Nothing was offered to compensate for this.

-Amazing view of Vancouver. -Rooms are decent. Beds were nice, but carpet was old. This hotel needs to be renovated. -Staff was rude, there was no sense of urgency. -There is a $15.00 charge for parking when you check in.

Long walk from hotel
If you enjoy shopping, you have to use the bus to go around the shopping area because it's so wide, or you may be lost.

Perfekte Lage, tolle Aussicht
1 Nacht im Hotel Alles perfekt soweit. Das Hotel ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen - dementsprechend war auch die Ausstattung. Aber insgesamt in einem guten Zustand. Service perfekt. Würde wieder dort übernachten. Preis Leistung stimmen auf jeden Fall.
