What a view
This was a trip celebrate the wife's Bday. The view of the hotel was as advertised. We had a partial view of the water and downtown. Overall the stay was pleasant. The only room available had double beds but the concierge offered to switch it with room that had a queen bed the next day. Ultimately, We decided to keep the room because we enjoyed the view. One negative, our window was facing Robson st so we could hear poeple, sirens even the pedestrian crossing bell all night. The room was clean. The cleaning staff didn't bother us in the morning. I will consider staying at this hotel again.

The location was excellent, close
The location was excellent, close to eateries, shopping mall and waterfront. We wish we could have got the hotel package that included breakfast in the revolving restaurant as well as dinner as otherwise it is not worth eating there. The views were stunning from the high floors. However the bed is awful, after staying at other good hotels you can really feel the difference. The balcony was a little neglected and looked it. Service was indifferent. There was no answer when I rang the front desk before 10 pm and housekeeping was also non-existent. Overall, the hotel is only worth it if you get an excellent rate.

2 night stay
my husband and i stayed here for two nights and it was a decent hotel for the price. the room was a nonsmoking requested room, however it had a weird musty smell. the bed was not comfortable at all. they did offer a nice 36" flat screen tv. customer service was good and overall the experience was okay. for the price, we couldnt expect more. also the location was very convinent and surround with wonderful restaurants.

Nice Joint
Great location and a super value. Close to English Bay. Robson Street is a great place to visit. The hotel was nice. The room was comfortable having a balcony with a geat view of the harbor and North Vancouver. The room does however show its age and needed a good going over. With that exception I would defintely stay again. Cheers

good for the price.
It was okay,the TV didn't work,but it was too late to call some one,and the mattress was too hard for me. But for the price it was good. And the parking was a bargain for a hotel in a major city.

Great hotel!
My girlfriend had never been to Vancouver, so we decided to take a weekend away to the Great White North. I'd read that the hotel had been updated recently, and the rooms look very nice and clean. The views from our room were amazing. It's close proximity to downtown and Stanley Park were also a plus. It's also very close to shopping and fine or casual dining. What more can you ask for?
