Great location. The room was average. Not at all fancy, but fine for just a place to sleep. Had a lot of trouble checking in. Most of the staff just weren't friendly or helpful. I'll never stay there again.
I came to town hoping to find a good deal in a good location and this fulfilled that. I paid on average about $110.
Robson street has a lot going on, which is great. There are places to eat and good access to the suspension bridge and grouse
Big negative: there were two silverfish (bugs) in the bathroom one night.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short drive from hotel
Short drive to the suspension bridge and grouse mountain and walking distance to tons of restaurants and two grocery stores.
Ever since I got back I have been dealing with bug bites all over everyone. Flea or bed bugs, not sure, but certainly had a something in the room that has caused a lot of itch.
Not very kid friendly. Advertised as a three+ star hotel but this is 2
at best. Old carpets (explains the fleas) and not clean floors in rooms.
The location was great! Walking distance from the waterfront, bus stops, shuttles. The view from our room was breathtaking.
The room itself was small and needs an upgrade. Overall, though, the bed was comfortable and the room itself was clean.
Very nice hotel. They said the room would be ready at 3PM and it was ready. The Hop On Hop Off bus stop is right outside the front door, convenient to shopping, restaurants, grocery store, etc. Would certainly go back again.
