Worst stay ever

Worst experience ever at this hotel. The room wasn't much, good enough to sleep in for the night that's it. The towels were mismatch and well used The restaurant was a HUGE disappointment to say the least. Very incompetent staff, terrible food and we had to wait over an hour for our eggs and toast breakfast. We would have left if the breakfast hadn't been included in the rooms price. The meal the night before was terrible and the staff didn't think enough to not charge us for the meal that I sent back because it taseted like it came out of a can. All in all, I would rather sleep in my car and eat a bag of peanuts for breakfast lunch and supper than stay here EVER again.

Poor Check-In

The check-in was absolutely horrible. We arrived at about 11 pm, and no one was at the desk. We had to wait for almost 20 mins before anyone came out. After that, we got the keys to a room that was not cleaned. We went back, and got keys to another room, but this was occupied by another guest. Finally, we got the keys to a room that was decent. Overall, the check-in was extremely poor, and it took 45 mins to get settled in. The hotel manager did not have any information about whether we had pre-paid or not. This added more delays.

Old and rundown hotel

I really believe that this hotel should just be torn down. The beds are old and soft, with home-made bed frames. The old-musty smell was impossible to get used to. How many chips can a tub have before you should replace it? Toilet kept running. Orbitz should not use this place! We almost drove away but since we could not get a refund, we stayed and had a bad sleep. Do yourself a favor and just book somewhere else.
