disappointed traveler
Eye Opener
We didn't have a very pleasant stay. First of all, the sheets were stained on one bed and the other had a dirty sheet that had not been changed.Second, the breakfast was very marginal at best, with hard boiled eggs that tasted like they were a week or two old, and not much in the way of selection of foods. it was also fairly dirty.Third of all, the workout room equipment looked like it came from a garage sale, and was mostly broken and not fuctional.Last but not least, we tried to cancel the third night with over 24 hours notice and they told us that [...] they couldn't cancel the reservation for that even with talking to them about these issues twice!We feel they should of at least refunded one night of our stay. They didn't.We left anyway.

Good value...
We stayed on the executive floor so the bed was terrific etc.. The pool & jacuzzi were lovely but the pool was too cold to really enjoy & the little gym was a bit too little so quite limited. If they warmed the pool a few degrees it would have been wonderful. Service was excellent & we would go back. Don't go for the lovely location, however....you're staying amongst the car lots.

Okay for the area
With the exchange rate being what it is, hotels can be expensive to find right now in Canada, but we did expect a little more for what we paid. For example the staff at the desk was not friendly and there was no refrigerator in the room. The rooms were nice and quiet and the area is convenient if you want to be in the Surrey Langley vicinity and want to avoid the extremely high prices in downtown Vancouver.

Short drive from hotel
There is an Olive Garden right up the street and you can get a decent breakfast next door. Of course the really good food in in downtown Vancouver so spend sometime there.
