Sandman Signature Hotel and Resort Vancouver Airport

It was a wonderful stay with nicely updated rooms. The workout facility and the indoor pool was an added bonus. It was nice that we didn't have to pay for parking and wi-fi. I would definately stay here again!

This hotel offers free shuttle every half an hour from Vancouver airport. The driver was very courteous and made sure that we were going to this hotel since there are other hotels with similar names. The hotel's lobby is huge and looks new. The front desk girl who helped us check in was so pleasant. and friendly. The room's carpet looked a little dusty but in general it's still clean. My husband has bad backs and is very picky about the bed. He praised how wonderful and how comfortable the bed was. We came to Vancouver to attend a relative's wedding. Our relatives came to pick us up and took us to places so we did not rent a car. There are no restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. We stayed at this hotel for 2 nights and then moved to Radisson President Hotel in Richmond. There are tons of restaurants and shopping center near Radisson. If you have a car, it's fine to stay at Sandman Signature Hotel.

We needed a hotel to stay in close to the airport for our early flight the next morning. This place was in a great spot, had shuttle service and clean quiet rooms. Great!

This hotel was convenient to the airport and had a free shuttle. It is not convenient to downtown or public transportation. However, the staff was great and it served our purposes well!

We really enjoyed staying in this hotel just for 2 nights. The location of the hotel was nice for us to get around, and so many asian restaurants on Rd 3 to try out different food. The hotel staffs were very professional, the amenities of the hotel was nice with pool and the slide that kept my son happy. 2 queen beds room was spacious and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Free wifi and breakfast was very nice! We will come back to this place again when we visit B.C.

We stayed so many places, but this was by far the best. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff helpful, and the bathroom a delight. A few minor problems: the AC was loudly squeaky at times and the elevator occassionally had a mind of its own. Beds were comfortable. The commute to Vancouver wasn't that far, but rush hour traffic makes it MUCH longer.

Hotel was 10min away from the airport and 20min away from Downtown Vancouver. Parking was never an issue. The front desk staff was very helpful I asked for a map and suggestions on where to go and what to do. The rooms were comfortable and clean. There was a refrigerator but no microwave. The hotel construction/remodeling that was going on was a slight inconvenience. Maintenance was re-grouting the tile in the hallway leading to the elevator so we had to maneuver around the area. Overall the stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Lot's of vacation guests, not suitable for business guests. My room was loud, due to being next to a vending machine and planes being overhead. Don't try calling in to the main desk, they don't answer. Garbage hotel, would have been better off staying in my rental car.

Just getting to the area to visit friends from high school (Hong Kong)whom we haven't seen for over 40 years. A local alumni also arrange a small reunion that 26 person attended. Just needed a nice place to rest. The hotel website shows high rise and updated rooms, but was assigned to "older" 2 levels motel room. The hallway was warm, and so was the room. It took a long time for the AC to bring it to a comfortable level. The lighting in the bathroom is a little dim. Bed is very comfortable. Did not get to use other facility at the hotel.

The staff were helpful and courteous. It is nice to have free internet access and free breakfast.
