Quality Hotel Airport (South)

Stayed for two nights - the room was a double bed, no smoking room. It was on one end of the building and adjacent to a stairwell. It was on the second floor (one level above the lobby, two above the underground parking) but the internal stairwells could not be used to go from floor to floor, so always had to wait for the elevator, and only one elevator. Continental breakfast was included in the room rate, and was decent enough - fruit, toast, cereal, coffee, juice, muffin slices and "Eggo" type waffles you could toast. Room was clean, but a bit on the small side - a normal large suitcase could barely be opened in the room (definitly could not be opened in the closet). Location of the hotel is handy for airport overnight or any short stay in Richmond.

Very good for hotel for people who don't want anything over the top. Service is friendly and attentive. Good complementary breakfast simple and good. Close to public transportation and good Asian restaurants, the Richmond mall, car rental agencies, travel agencies. I myself am here looking for apartments and job, just moved here and needed a place for a few days so this was perfect. The price maybe a little less would be better but not bad, but then again I was travelling and spending money and thats only reason I say that. Overall good place to stay for few days or a week.

The service was quite good and friendly. Room was very clean. I had good sleep. Good location walking distance to Richmond shopping mall and C-train. Shuttle bus service was good.

good, they paid for taxi to hotel from yvr since shuttle driver was away sick. great jesture of hotel - i was impressed. made up for the fact that shuttle service to yvr at 4.30 am wasn't available the following morning, which is the only thing they could have improved on

this was a great place to stay. i rated it three stars only because it was nothing fancy. i would've given 3.5 if i could. it's simply a nice, clean, quiet hotel for the right price. i would absolutely stay here again! i only wish check-in could be earlier. had to wait until 1pm.

Very clean basic hotel. Just a couple of blocks to Richmond's huge shopping center and the Sky Train. The complimentary breakfast buffet was surprisngly broad and included eggs and waffles. Staff was very friendly and helpful.

An excellent hotel for a one night stopover stay at Vancouver Airport. We were delighted to find a courtesy bus service to and from the Airport and to receive the excellent complimentary breakfast, neither of which we expected when booking the hotel. We would certainly use this hotel again if in the area, and would readily recommend it to friends and relations.

Very nice hotel, even got an award. Good breakfast. The shuttle service worked fine.
