Room was an ice box, had to change rooms
We checked in at 11.00pm and went to the room, upon entering the room, we noticed that the heat was not on. Waited 30 min and still no releif in sight, Had to change rooms after a long flight. Nor a pleasant experience at all

basic accomodation near the airport
Stayed here after a long flight for a weekend of skiing in Whistler. The room was comfy and the Whistler shuttle picks up at the hotel, and was close enough to the airport to let us sleep in before our flight!

Terrible Night Sleep
Our neighbors kept us past midnight by talking loud, children jumping and pounding on the floor. Called the front desk and they did speak to them but it continued to the point that around 12 my wife asked to be moved.

Great Night in Richmond
Check in was very easy and quick. However the back of the hotel needs some landscaping done (weeds and dirt).

Nice hotel!!
Stayed overnight after disembarking from a cruise. Nice beds and nice location. Located close to the airport. The shuttle service was great!!

Staff was courteous and helpful, even the lady taking care of the breakfast bar was friendly, and made sure that the area is kept clean all the time.

I liked this hotel, except there was some kind of construction, or something similar, going on over the road that required large diesel engines running for hours.

Vancouver stayover
We were in Vancouver, one day, after returning from a cruise. The hotel worked perfectly. It was close to the airport, the city transit system and it was a very nice Holiday Inn Express. Our room was ready, even though we arrived early morning and the desk was very efficient. It made our day in Vancouver very enjoyable.The shuttle to the airport was right on time.
