The hotel was a little rough on the outside but once you step into your room your completely surprised by what you see and feel. The beds were extreamly comfortable and the decor on the entire room was outstanding. There were still renovation
going on but I would have never noticed if it wasn't for the signs on some rooms. I used the fitness room on the third floor and fond it to be above average, it was nice to have the pool right next to the fitness room too.

The staff were very accommodating and check in and check out were very quick and easy. The hotel restaurant served a good breakfast. We chose the hotel because it was located close to the VIA rail station, but, the panhandlers in front of and around the hotel were a little intimidating.
