Great Location
Check in was great. The room temperature was unpredictable. The thermostat did not work properly the second day making it cold at nite. The hotel's hot tub was closed off - not working which was a dissapointment

Don't book online
Reserved a room on Orbitz.com and the staff tried to shake us down for an additional $50 a night. We decided to walk away and found a nice B&B in town for $20 less than our original reservation.

Lovely Location
Have stayed at the Lakeside before, it appears to be very well maintained and updated. Rooms were clean and nicely decorated. Word of advice, don't stay there on a long weekend. Very noisy, didn't get a lot of sleep and it was expensive.

Great Time In B.C. Wine Country
We relaxed! Enjoyed the good food, the walking trail along the lake, and the friendly people. The wine shop at the cities visitor center was a very good place to pick up the best wines in British Columbia.
