The motel room was below ground and very small. I didn't feel safe! There was lots of noise and people around. The room was only parlty cleaned my first night. The second night it was not done at all!! When asked why they said the "do not disturb" sign was out. This was not true as our sign was put on the TV at 11:00 am. I also had a army of ants in the bathroom. Also is was not able to get cell service from the motel room(underground)

Great location
Second time at this hotel and it is the most central motel in Kelowna if you want to be downtown. The first stay our room was ok, but the second time it was much better and newer. It is for sure the least expensive hotel we can find which allows us to park our car and explore the downtown by foot. I will for sure use this hotel again and again.

Not bad but scary location
We couldn't have picked the worse area of Kelowna. The room was very comfortable, the pool was outside and warm but when we ventured out for a walk around town we quickly realized that that was unrealistic. Very scary neibourhood. Our long distance card would not work in the room phone, there was no pay phone in the lobby. There was no pay phone for miles; apparently they get vandalized so they took them all out. We finally found one inside the Chapters store! I would never stay here again. Sorry.

Clean, Safe Stay
The Hotel was very clean, quiet and feelt safe. I was extremely impressed with the front desk clerk, after we had had a long day of shopping and just basically dropped our luggage and went for Dinner. Upon our return there was a message waiting on our phone, naturally assumed it to be my husband, but it was the front desk just checking on how we liked the room so far and if they could do anything. I asked for extra pillows and was told of course and I need to come to the front desk and they would be waiting for me. Great experience
