Good Value
For my purpose this was a good location, within 5 minutes of the Comox Exhibition Equestrian Center. Lots of inexpensive dining options. Clean rooms, safe.

Good Hotel staff But,,,,,
Hotei staff are very nice. Dining room (breakfast) is too small. Location is good. very easy to find. Guestroom was too hot, we couldn't sleep at all. (It was not hot weather.)

Adequate accomodations
The room at Travelodge Courtenay was clean and the front desk attendant was accomodating. There are restaurants very near, one just across the parking lot from the hotel.
