Front desk with an attitude problem.
The Chilliwack Rhombus Hotel has some shaping up to do. On arrival I was greeted at the front desk with what's your name. There was now Welcome to the Rhombus or nice to have your as a guest. Then I was told to fill this, this and this out and sign here. I really felt welcome. Secondly and during the second evening of my stay from 1:00 AM to 4:00 AM intoxicated guest were roaming the hall partying very loudly, banging on doors and making it impossible to sleep. There seemed to be no hotel security at all. At this point I decided to check out of the hotel by 4:30 because it was absolutely impossible to sleep. I registered a complaint at the front desk and I sent in one of their How Did We DO cards, but have heard nothing from them and I expect I will not.
