Old, worn out,dirty The worst dinner buffet we have ever tasted. Didn't have breakfast there,they wanted too much. Can't believe we paid so much for a one night stay. Would never go back

Quite dissappointed
I was disappointed with this room based on we could have stayed for two nights in Niagra Falls with the rate we were charged for this hotel. We go to check in at 4:40 pm the room was not ready till around 6:00pm, so we had to cart the kids and our stuff back to our truck and find something to do. We go back the room was ready and pulling back the blankets in the sofa bed was much to my chagrin a very long black hair. Also, they were having problems with internet connections, my husband was on hold for 30 minutes with their provider (which I don't think he should have done) did everything they said, turns out it was the hotel. It never did work. We have our own company and rely on hotel to have wireless service when we decide to go away. The housekeeper came and didn't say one word, (obviously didn't like her job) and fixed the bed up properly. I don't think it was ever vacuumed underneath the sofa. The pool and the atrium were the best part of the stay. I don't think we will be staying there again.
