Hotel was quiet and in a convenient location near restaurants. Free breakfast in the morning is convenient when on business travel. Families there seemed to have lots of fun in the pool and on the waterslide.

Okay hotel

The location is quite good - walking distance to the main Lethbridge shopping area and interesting little downtown restaurants. The beds were quite soft and the pillows were a bit lumpy. Staff was helpful with directions and even moved me to a higher floor so I could check in early. Even though I told them that I had prepaid through [...], they charged my credit card (as they had at my last visit to this hotel) and it took about 15 minutes to clear up when I was late to a meeting. Pretty mediocre "hot breakfast" and an absurd $ 45.00 charge for a pet!

Excellent coffee shop with amazing home made baked goods, soups, etc. an easy walk away - The Penny Coffee Shop at 331 - 5th Street South.
