Booked online and received email confirmation with confirm # and total cost. Arrived at 9pm and they could not find my reservation. I was at the front desk for an hour, did not get to my room until after 10pm. The room was 27.5 degrees and took
about 2 hours to cool down. 1am screaming babiy in neighboring room, screamed for 45 minutes. 6am screaming baby, 7am screaming kids playing and running up and down the hallway. Go to check out, compensation room upgrade next time I stay, useless to me as I won't be back. Then the icing on the cake, charge me $27 more for my room than my confirmed rate when I booked. Told me too bad, I wouldn't sign for it but charged my credit card anyway. And gave me attitude while doing it.
