Great location for downtown business, but nothing to do at night nearby. Friendly staff. Oldish furniture. A 15-year old CRT TV and the worst reception I have seen in a along time. Very comfortable bed. Relatively quiet floor (top one). Few facilities at the hotel. Adequate for short business stays. If you do not mind paying twice the rate, go to Hotel McDonald which is nearby.

GREAT accomadations
In Edmonton for a family wedding, reception was at the Shaw Conference Centre. Loved the location and the staff bent over backwards to make my stay wonderful! Especially great was the 24 hour whirlpool that we rested our danced out legs in at three o'clock in the morning!! Car aerial stolen while parked in parkade, suggest storing non -roof mounted in car while parked there!

A comfortable, friendly stay.
The staff upgraded us to a suite, as they knew we had just had a very long flight back. The hotel is so quiet and just the perfect shopping location. Not the first time I've stayed and not the last.

Great place to stay
Just got back from a weekend getaway with 3 other women. We loved staying in the 2 queen bed suite - lots of room to hang out and visit! We thought it was great to be connected to the mall where we had plenty of choices for shopping and dining. This hotel was an excellent value; we even got free breakfast for four each morning ($14 each)! We would definitely stay here again.

Adequate downtown hotel
Room was as far from elevator as you could get. Room shape was unusual; probably was a conference room at one time. Windows looked down into mall. Bed was comfortable and room was clean. Wouldn't chose to stay here again.
