Buyer Beware Much Worse than Advertised!

This hotel is old, run down and filthy. After checking in and looking at our room we promptly cancelled yet they have still penalized us a nights stay!!!!!!!!!! You must have very low standards to find this place acceptable. This hotel is not as advertized. Even the lobby furniture is faded and worn. Our room was worse with old, worn, faded, dirty furniture, carpet and bedding's. The room stunk and had an overwhelming amount of deodorant in use. It was clear that without an immediate overhaul, this hotel could not achieve its advertized status. Hotel policies are unbelievable. We didn't even carry our luggage in and yet they are still not refunding our money as we booked on line. Neighboring hotels are in the same price range but are as advertised.
