The Fire Mountain Lodge is a condo-resort, and does not have Front Desk amenities. Please contact the hotel after booking, to make arrangements for access to your suite.

Misleading
To describe this as a boutique condo hotel yet go on to state that it has no front desk is somewhat misleading. The staff that we did interact with (in a building on the next block) were condescending and not overly helpful. There was a sense of disregard, especially since the noisy HVAC seemed to be running constantly - probably out of order.
