difficult two days
Assigned an upgraded suite which required walking up an outside staircase as well as an internal staircase to the bedroom. Outside walks not completed and required walking on gravel and made pulling luggage very difficult. No other room available to us when we arrived. Room with no view of the Rockies. Definitely NOT FOR SENIORS!

Great getaway!
We had a great getaway and the hotel was excellent. Great room and very clean for a fabulous price!!

the room was upgraded from one bedroom suite to two bedroom suite. Not much change on our comfort as the second room was not used. No daily maid service. you have to go and fetch your own clean towels if you want replacements. Lots of stairs to get into suite and then to get to bedrooms. Not an issue for us, but might be for some.

close to Banff
Location was good for us because it was close to Banff. Room was near back and was very quiet. Size of suite was fine but it was 2 stories, so we had to walk up stairs to get to bedrooms. Carpet was somewhat worn. Bathroom very small.

girls weekend banff boundary lodge
i have stayed at this lodge before and will continue to. staff is usually very friendly. the ladies working on checkout day were very friendly and we exchanged a few laughs. the rooms are always very clean and groomed. and we couldn't beat the price. it is in a really good distance to banff and canmore.

my friend and i went to the upper hot springs were we enjoyed wonderful massages and enjoyed the view and use of the hot springs. we also enjoyed dining at tony romas.

Baff Boundry Lodge
This was more of a suite than a room. The clerk was over anxious about additional fee's if we smoked in the rooms. We do not smoke. We knew he smoked because we could smell it on him. He was also anxious there may be other charges after they inspected the room. I reported all the things wrong with the room and had maintanac repair all the small things, loose lighting on celing fan, window locks, telephone and reported the others to the day clerk. Burn on kitchen counter top as well as scratches in bathroom vanity. The living area was well layed out. We would definately stay here again.
