Excellent business trip
The customer service at check-in was amazing. Erica did an awesome job in making me feel welcome. I wish I could say the same thing with checking-out but that's a whole different story with another staff member. Overall, the experience at the hotel was great as always.

Hyatt Regency Calgary
Excellent location, and a very obliging and helpful workforce. The spa is lovely and I was particularly pleased that they are obliging for smokers, and for an increment, they will let you have a smoking room with an extractor unit. Nice rooms. The internet service they provide could do with a facelift, but overall, as a business traveller, this was more than comfortable.

Architecture, Art and Awesome Staff
Spectacular Spa! the Hyatt's Restaurant was good and the Catch Restaurant was Exceptional. We came for the Calgary Stampede which was only two stops from the free transit. Also, taxis are always waiting outside. Calgary itself is a beautiful city with fantastic hanging flower baskets lining the streets and a lot of outdoor dining and activities galore:)

Stayed here for a Flames/Sharks Game
My wife and I decided to make a stop in Calgary to see the San Jose Sharks play the Calgary Flames before we headed to Banff. If we were going to be in Calgary, we figured we might as well make the best of it and stay at a nicer hotel. The hotel was in a great location. A 2 minute walk south will take you to the Calgary Tower and Centre Street (bars, shopping, etc.). A 2 minute walk north sends you to Calgary's public transit. Public transit wasn't really necessary since we were able to walk anywhere (even the hockey arena is a 10-15 minute walk). The hotel itself was a typical Hyatt Regency; clean room/facility, friendly staff, nice amenities. The only observation we made that kept the hotel from receiving 5 stars was the housekeeping. The room was clean, but the cleaning staff arrived at odd hours. Our first day they didn't arrive until very late in the afternoon (almost evening), no problem. On our final day they walked in at 7am while we were just getting out of bed. Overall, I would stay here again if I found myself in Calgary.

Great hotel in the centre of Calgary
We visited this hotel on an overnight stay before travelling to a ranch in Claresholm, Alberta. The hotel was very comfortable and all of the staff friendly. There was a very relaxed feel to the hotel. Room service was excellent and the food was great.

Bring your wallet
I chose this hotel mainly due to the location, and it was a perfect fit. The C-train picked me up and took me where I needed to go. The room and hotel were very nice and clean. The biggest issue I had with my stay there was, I was charged 25.00 dollars per day to park in the parking garage under the hotel. I was also charged another twenty something dollars to use their wireles internet. The room was also very expensive. Staying here is definetly splurging.

use public transportation instead of rental car, parking and so on. Use the C train.

We had a connecting room and the
We had a connecting room and the noise from the room next to ours went on late into the night and started very early the next morning. Very little sleep possible. The hotel staff were very nice and took great care of us. I would stay here again, but in a room that had no connecting door to another room.
