Always hate the room closest to the elevator. The wheelchair accessible shower is not high enough for tall people. The TV's are from a prior decade.

WHAT A DISASTER
I checked after midnight with the intention of eight hours sleep. The fire alarm went off twice. The carpet was absolutely filthy. The desk light was burned out. The internet didn't work. The sink was cracked. Delta should be ashamed to operate a hotel room in that condition. In my opinion it didn't rate even two stars. What a fleabag!

Roger the Lodger
A Complete Package at One Hotel
The Hotel was selected because of it's location at the airport. But not only was it convenient, it was clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. Plane noise was not significant. An added bonus was the restaurant. The service as attentive, but not over powering. The food was well prepared and a decent value. A nice touch was the Chef stopping at each table and speaking with the guests.

Close to Airport Checkin
I choose the hotel primarily because it is right across from the airport checkin which I needed the next morning.

OKAY for a night at the airport
I needed a place at the airport and could get this or the Fairmont Palliser, downtown for the same price on-line. I will go with the Palliser next time. This is an OK place but the carpet and furniture is old and getting ragged, more like an old motel. But, I needed a place at the airport for an early morning flight and needed to give it a try. It was Ok but nothing I look forward to returning to.

Lots of good dining at the airport before going through security. I suggest looking at all the restaurants over there before settling at the hotel.

Very convenient
When you arrive into Calgary on a late flight or have an early morning departure, the convenience of staying at the Delta Calgary Airport is wonderful. The rooms are a little small but comfortable (we had a basic room) and room service was reasonable. We didn't eat in the restaurant because of timing but the meals looked very good.

very convenient to customs and departure --walk across the drive to the entrance
