Loved it!

I wish I could afford to stay here without the package deal I had. I was given a "Pure" suite, which was completely hypoallergenic. Wonderful bed, comfortable suite, and the sheets felt soooo wonderful. Restaurant was pricey, and the menu was fairly limited. My salmon wasn't cooked, and when I sent it back I was offered a free dessert. (I don't eat dessert).I would go back if I could get another deal.

Dining tip: In Hotel

Don't plan to dine in the hotel. I didn't want to go out as I had spent two days and two nights in the air, but the restaurant was expensive, the menu was limited, and my meal was not cooked.

Good Location. Pricy but good stay.

All the Hotels in heart of town are over $200 a night. This was about $250 with tax and parking included. But good Hotel and right in heart of city.

Great For The Price

The staff is super friendly and accommodating. The room was excellent...in-house restaurant serves quality food. The head chef during dinner, came to each dinner table and introduced himself. He took a lot of his time to explain to me about Alberta's pride in their meat industry. In all honesty, the prime rib was the best that I have ever had. I would not hesitate recommending the Delta Bow Valley to friends or relatives visiting Calgary.

OK hotel

The hotel was OK, I just felt it was too expensive for what you get. The room was OK and clean but the hotel deco could do with an improvement as it seems to be a little old-fashiones.

Downtown Calgary Hotel

Excellent for a quick in and out business trip. Only a couple of block from a very large selection of good restaurants (heavy on Alberta beef) and this is good since the hotel restaurant is only ok.

Shy away from hotel restaurant since much better bars and restaurants are only a couple of blocks away.

adequate

The transition from the parking area, under the hotel, was not pleasing, elevator and entry area were dirty, parking was expensive. Employees were helpful, location was good, hotel seemed a little aged.
