Hotel Manager Not friendly

Hotel Manager is not friendly, I somehow booked the hotel for one day extra. I told them 2 day advance that I will be vacating a day early, still they did not refund the money. So it was really bad experience, kind of ripping off people. Be careful before booking this hotel about the refund.

Very bad

The hotel is very bad on all the aspects with the exception of the good rate. The hotel building is old. It is also noisy (because it overlies a busy highway. Because the building is old, it is not noise-resistent and you can hear the noise of cars/trucks as well as the noise of people outside your room). However, the rate and location are good. It is a good choice if you want "anything" to spend some time in Calgary. I went there for one day for a medical appointment and this is why I didn't look for something fancier. You also can go for it if you plan to spend all your time in the outside but be please know that you won't be able to sleep very well!!!

don't do it!

This place is in need of a complete update and renovation. The only positive was a friendly staff. The kind of place you willingly deprive yourself of sleep so you can leave early.
