Noisy, tired, run down
Not enough parking, have to park on street. Noisy area of town. Lots of partiers outside. Not well soundproofed. Advertised amenities (pool, gym) are in another hotel. Generally run down. Carpets ratty. Ok once you close your eyes. Has become complacent due to close location to Banff. If you complain, they blame it on you.

Small but Good
We didn't spend much time in our hotel since we were only in Banff one day. The room was tiny but clean and had everything we needed except a recycling basket. Good value.

Not bad at all & competitive rates
Didn't really spend much time in it except at night & then it was very peaceful & quiet (at least my room)very possibly because it was located on a corner of the building & it only had 1 adjacent room. Room was very clean & spacious also.

Good location, but hot & stuffy
I have stayed in about 15 motels in 4 weeks and this is below par for the price, but I didn't compare it with other motels in Banff. Some of the staff could certainly cheer up a bit! Bus stop out front is a positive to get around Banff, but shops and entertainment is a short walk.

Great!
Great location right downtown. Easily walked to everything. Clean room, nice jacuzzi, nice balcony. Great value!

Good value
Friendly and helpful staff on reception. Adequate breakfast despite disposable plates etc. Easy to walk down into the town and local bus stop. Clean, comfortable room with all the facilities I needed. Would have been useful to have some information about local restaurants.
