the room, the hotel was ok, the breakfast included was good, were i had problem, is when i ask for some suggestion and the staff is not able to suggest a good suggestion for a restaurant.
Banff in november is not the best time to travel. allot of
things (trails and attractions) are close du to winter's comming
My wife and I recently celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary here, and it was great. Rooms were very nice. Only setback for us was that the continental breakfast doesn't really waiver. If staying several days, expect frozen pancakes or waffles
everyday. Overall though, a great experience.
Hotel features (5 = best, 1 = worst):
Short walk from hotel
Banff avenue shops are within walking distance. Parking a car is more of a hassle than simply walking the half mile it takes to get "downtown."
