Wooden Angkor Hotel is a special naturally beautiful all teak timber wood in which you can find a unique your sweet home away from home during your stay in the cultural and historical city of ancient Angkor, Siem Reap Cambodia. Within 36 mixed traditional wooden designated and equipped with modern facilities rooms. The hotel is extremely clean and the wooden furnished give the place a cool and homey feeling. It has wonderful carvings and polished wooden floors throughout, and the rooms are elegant, spotlessly clean with excellent bathroom facilities. The hotel affords you a modest and a comfortable accommodation with Cambodian hospitality, warm and helpful atmosphere. The friendly staff will really assist you with everything that you might need on making inquiries about your travels, hotel and Siem Reap and Cambodia. will make your stay in Siem Reap is a memorable one! You can find hotel along national road no. 6 from Thailand to Siem Reap, look for Caltex petrol station, and then make the right on 200 meters, will see Wooden Angkor Hotel on your right hand side.

Terrible Hotel

We arrived late as we had problems at the airport and when we arrived they made us wait for a long time after which point telling us that we had to move to a hotel down the road. The hotel was awful and the room was terrible. We booked this hotel 2 months in advance to avoid any such problems. Not impressed!!!

Thief in the hotel; stolen iPod from room

I had my iPod stolen from my room. After visiting Angkor Wat during the day I returned to my cleaned room to find the carry case for it in a different place and empty. I reported it to the staff but nothing was done about it. Yes, it was stupid of me not locking it in the safe but that shouldn't mean anything not in it is free to steal. With a thief in the hotel there is no way I would ever recommend staying here.
