Not a Good Value
There was really nothing wrong with the hotel per say but it was definately overpriced for what it was. The breakfast was not very good and you are probably better just skipping it. I won't recommend booking here as there are a lot better hotels values out there.

A good value for money. Clean
A good value for money. Clean and quiet room. No lift to your room, beware if you can't take the staircase. Excellent restaurant. Good security.

Exceptional experience, in a tastefully restored and decorated couple of adjacent buildings by the side of the river. Be aware that there are no lifts. The climb to the initial bedroom on the 4th floor (5th by USA count) by narrow stairs is for the agile. The 1st floor suite on our second visit was wonderful. The French restaurant is first class. If you find the bedroom safe locked, avoid leaving valuables with management. Recovery took 90 minutes after the pre-arranged time. Would stay again.

Great location & very nice bre
Great location & very nice breakfast. Should be noted that hotel only has stairs & may be difficult for those who are old, disabled, or very tired after a long day in the city. Our room had a view over another building 2 metres away.

My husband and I stayed here in
My husband and I stayed here in August in a suite.The room was just lovely,clean, quiet and quite large. Our son and his friend stayed as well. The only problem was that they didn't have any rooms with twin beds.However the suites were so big that one had the bed and one had the huge sofa.The staff were very friendly and helpful.The price included breakfast which was quite good.

very bad
At check in they did not want to allow us to check in because their staff did not understand how the reservations worked. Hotel stay was suppose to include in breakfasts. But at the end of the stay was presented with a bill for $88.00 for breakfast for 3 days. When we talked to the mgmt about it they blamed it on the web sites and said they did not understand how it worked. They actually blocked us from leaving the hotel until we paid the bill for breakfast even though it said on the reciept it said breakfasts

The room we stayed in was a little tired and we had to walk six flights of stairs to reach it - lucky we had backpacks.
