Good service, clean and functional
Good service, clean and functional hotel in good location. Internet pretty avearge and have to keep renewing on a daily basis. Breakfast pretty average so skip it if you have the option and can save a buck or two. Staff were so good it improved my overall feeling about the hotel.

Enjoyed my stay
The hotel is in a good location in the Jardins, not too far from Paulista St and Metro (5 block uphill walk or cab). Friendly, helpful staff. Some of the staff does not speak English, so it helps to know a little Portuguese. For example, I asked for desk lamp, but they sent up a broom! But after communicating with the housecleaning service (using words and hand gestures) I got exactly what I needed. While I was there, the internet wasn't working 100%, and they charged BRZ$15/day for it. Also, one of the elevators wasn't working properly. Overall a good experience, and I would stay there again.
