1- Due to my itinerary I was charged an early arrival rate for half a day, which is ok, but guess what..they based this ... charge on the highest hotel rate there is, [...].2- There were people at 6:00am trying to open my door due to system error on their key cards.3- The bathroom has no exaust fan working so it is impossible to have a hot bath unless you do not mind the foggy room.4- In my long time experience as traveler I end up paying the highest breakfast buffet price: US30 per person which should have much more for the money.

I have stayed in this hotel several times. Service is exceptional, rooms are large & very clean, hotel decor is outdated, ... lobby & atrium are very dark.
