the hotel is a reliable chain which means it was of a certain clean standard with proper customer service and concierge service etc. the location was very good with restaurants and coffee shops around. its one fault is that as a chain, it
definitely feels lacking in character and of a generic corporate standard. you don't have to be in brazil to be in the same hotel.
this hotel is older but 4 star would be safe to say, the.staff is above average, from the bell hops to the managers they were all very helpful for me a foreigner. the amenities in the room are top shelf. the food is fresh and prepared perfectly.
The location is ideal with shopping nearby.
