IMPORTANT: Children under 18 years old are required to present identification at check-in and must be accompanied by both parents, guardians, or have permission of the Juvenile Court, in case of travelling with others. In case one of the parents is not traveling with them, they must show his/her parent permission to travel with the person accompanying them.

I could not check in when I arrived from the U.S. at 9:30 am. They told me that check in was at 2:00pm but they could get me a room in 30 minutes previous payment of half the daily rate...The earliest I could get a room without paying any extra money was noon (what I did). I wish I could have been informed of this policy before I made the reservation. Room was clean but needs some upgrades and better lighting. Staff was super friendly, from the front desk to the people in the restaurant. Breakfast selection was good.

Great stopover in Sao Pablo
Great stopover hotel close to Guarulhos. Bus pickup every 20 minutes sharp is of huge value for exhausted travellers. Food and room are comfortable.

In Hotel
Use the hotel shuttle to from airport to hotel. Very reliable, every 20 minutes, and always on time. Other hotels have shuttles, but lower frequency or usually late because of traffic. This hotel is so close, that shuttle always on time.

A good choice
The room was spacious and beautifully furnished. The complimentary breakfast was among the best that I have ever enjoyed. The building itself was a fine piece of architecture. I recommend the hotel highly.

its ok place if you need to stay
its ok place if you need to stay near GRU airport, other wise its far from it all, the beds are very uncomfty, and the furnature is a little old. there is no fitness center price of food and drinks is very high

Lovely hotel which was close to
Lovely hotel which was close to the airport but far from the city centre. Taxi was going to cost us a fortune. We were given directions to a more proximal shopping centre but not informed that there was a complimentary shuttle bus from the hotel to the centre. Availed of it on the way back.

You may want to try the Marriott
This is my 9th time to Brasil. I have stayed in all types of hotels and had much better service from budget hotels at 1/3 of the price. Most hotels in Brazil pride themselves on service. This one mainly caters to people coming from the international airport. They are not as good as a typical Brazilian hotel. They had trouble with the orbitz reservation for our last night and charged me for the last night and it took a long time to straighen out, so we had to take a taxi from the hotel instead of the shuttle to get to the airport on time. The drinks at the lobby bar are very expensive. Overall the hotel is clean. My Orbits price was about $40 cheaper than the regular price. I would stay again if I needed to stay near the airport, but I might just chose the Marriott across the street. I thought the Casear business would give better service, but now I think not. The staff also was not knowledgable about the cost of a cab to a nearby restaurant that they recommended. My business associate spoke with the GM also about the fact that my bed the first night did not have the right size sheet on it. I was short sheeted!!! What did the GM do to make up for this? Nothing! Also, my associates room needed to be changed the first night, becuase the main power switch to his room wwas busted in the wall. They put him in a much better room in the front tower.
