good hotel
I think there are some better hotels and better price, but this was ok for me. Clean, good service. Personel was kind. I attend a conference, so I was not all day there. I would like the hotel had a swimming pool.

you can visit by yourself the corcovado. Just ask at the reception personel.

Good location
We would be happy to stay here again. The location was excellent with the beach only 2 blocks away and the area seemed safe. The room was nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were friendly although they could not answer many of our questions about travel in the area.

The metro subway system is cheap and fast. The station was a short walk from the hotel. The bus system is also excellent.

Good location, but noisy to neighbour
Good location, but noisy to neighbour room (old door in between) and strong smell of smoke through ventilation. Aircondition was blowing hard, and it smelt when turning it off. Lot of flies on the bathroom. Has not done much to the hotel the last 25 years. Will not stay there the next time.

GOOD HOTEL NEAR TO COMMERCE AND CLEAN.
ATTENTION VERY GOOD. THEY HAVE TO IMPROVE THE BREACKFAST BECAUSE EVERYDAY THE SAME AND YOU GET TIRE TO EAT THE SAME. BUT GOOD

Loved it!

This is a budget hotel. It is in a good location: close to the beach and good restaurants, and also have good transportation. I would mention, however, that this is not a 4 or 3 star hotel, and for American or European standards it would be a 2 star or 2 and a half star hotel. The breakfast is good, but nothing special. I would recommend it, but do not expect nothing special.
