Close to Copacabana Beach

...but pretty expensive. Try something in Arpoador where you can walk to Ipanema or to Copacabana beach or Ipanema main ... streets... better neighborhood too. You need to really ask yourself... Why Brazil. There are a ton more vacation destinations that you will like better that have more tourist activities. There is a dance club near the hotel called Help. Street vendors will harass you if you eat at Copacabana beach.
